With that in mind, Rocky Point Shuttle we have a very simple cancellation policy. Just give
us notice prior to your Departure time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally well be mailed allow
3-5 business days.
SEE CONDITIONS BELOW Pre-paid advance Refund or Travel Credit
(Individuals 1-5) Rock Point Shuttle will not refund pre-payment if cancelled
with less than 48 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show. a
travel credit will be issued.
(Group 6-14) Rock Point Shuttle will not refund / pre-payment if cancelled
with less than 15 days notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show. a
travel voucher will be issued.
(large Group 15- up) Rock Point Shuttle ( Reserved Chartered) will not
refund pre-payment if cancelled with less than 30 days notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
Because of special arrangements 70% of the deposit or full payment will be refunded.
No refund will be issued under any circumstance, if any individule(s) stay in Mexico or
makes other arrangements to return by other means. a travel credit will be issued.
